RBT Force on Force Instructor – San Angelo, TX

The objective for this course is learning to effectively design and implement reality-based training (RBT) utilizing Non-Lethal Training Ammunition (NLTA). Together with instruction, the trainer will gain greater conceptual understanding by participating in a variety of reality-based NLTA skill building exercises by active participation as a team member tasked with the development and implementation of group exercises utilizing NLTA.

Participants will learn the development of aggressive gun-handling, tactical speed shooting and certain skills enabling them to quickly and efficiently engage threats while performing multiple complex tasks including dominating the weapon, while continuously moving.

Active Shooter Response

Designed for the first responder to isolate and neutralize an active shooter and establish a plan to integrate fire and emergency services in an active shooter situation. By utilizing reality/scenario based force on force immersion techniques, participants will learn a variety of tactical subject matters such as establishing an initial command post, team deployment and movements, principles of close quarters battle (CQB), open-air encounters, establishing and deploying a Rescue Task Force (RTF), and managing down officer/civilian situations.
